Through the percentage designation initiative (2%), our organization carried out a support action dedicated to the children beneficiaries of the “Impreuna” Social Services Center in Cahul, with the objective of facilitating their access to education and providing a better start to the new school year.
Thanks to the community’s involvement and the solidarity of the people who chose to redirect 2% of their income tax, funds worth 8,286.56 lei were collected, used entirely for the purchase of school supplies. This concrete support contributed to providing the necessary materials for the educational process and reduced the financial burden on families and the institution that supports the children.
The initiative demonstrated once again the importance of civic involvement and the real impact that gestures of solidarity can have when the community unites around a common cause. Through this action, the children from the “Impreuna” Center received not only school supplies, but also a message of support, encouragement and confidence in their future.
